Why is the star (*) key on my phone not working?
The star (*) key on your phone may not be working because the keypad tones were not activated properly. For instructions on activating the keypad tones, please consult the user guide for your phone model. (Keypad tones may also be referred to as DTMF tones.)

What do I do if my phone is damaged?
If you believe your phone is damaged, please return it to the place of purchase. In order to return your phone, you should bring the following: You will need:

  1. Your receipt or proof of purchase.
  2. The phone.
  3. All equipment used or purchased with the phone.

If your phone is no longer under warranty and you subscribe to wireless phone insurance, you may contact lock/line®, LLC, at 1-888-562-8662 to file a claim.

How much does Wireless Phone Insurance cost?
Wireless Phone Insurance is $3.99 per month, per phone insured. A $50 deductible applies for each claim filed.

My phone will not power on. What should I do?
To turn on your phone, press the Power button down for at least 5-7 seconds. If the problem still exists, remove the battery, wait 30 seconds and replace it. Attempt to power the phone on.

If you continue to experience this problem, please take the phone to the place of purchase for further assistance.

My phone is displaying "Headset" but I do not have a headset plugged into it. What should I do?
Please take the phone to the nearest East Tennessee Wireless for assistance.

My battery does not hold a charge. What should I do?
Please refer to your phone's user guide for instructions on charging your battery. You should also check the power outlet used to charge your phone.

If you continue to have this problem, please take the phone, the battery, and the battery charger back to the East Tennessee Wireless location for further assistance.
