How can I pay my bill?
Dial *Pay (*729), no #
Listen to get immediate access to Cingular's automated system.
You'll have the option to pay with a credit card, checking account or even a debit card! Each payment is a one time payment. Every time you want to pay your balance with *PAY, you don't need to reenter your information because *PAY keeps it on file.

I have questions about my bill, who can I call?
1. Call 1-866-246-4852, or 611 from your mobile phone and customer service will assist you. OR
2. Contact your wireless consultant.

My new camera phone is too cool; however, I don't know how to get my pictures.
All you need is to have a Media Package added to your account, contact your wireless consultant where you bought your phone and they can add it for you.


I dropped my phone and now the display doesn't work, what can I do?
We have on site repair technicians that are qualified to do most repairs. Bring your phone in for repair, if we can't repair it that day, in most cases we will give you a loaner phone (at no charge) until we get a resolution to your specific phone issue.


My best friend likes my new phone and wants to get one just like, is there an incentive for me to send them to see my wireless consultant?
Yes, if you were pleased with the service you received in one of our stores, we would like for you to share that with your friends and family. In fact, if someone you send in gets new service we will apply a $10 credit to your Cingular Wireless account. Ask your wireless consultant for more details.


How do I use Roadside Assistance and what does it cover?
Roadside Assistance provides the following services:
Towing Gas Delivery
Battery Jump-Start Tire Changes
Lock-out/ Key Replacement
To call for assistance the mobile phone must be in the caller's possession. Then dial #HELP (#4357), help will be dispatched.
